Technical information on Firelock® fire-resisting sliding doors
Door leaf type HJW-BSL60
The door leaf is made from a frame of formed tubular steel sections with a filling of flat sandwich panels. The tubular sections on the wall side have a height of 60 mm and on the non-wall side a height of 40 mm. The sandwich panels are built up of fire-resisting insulation board and double-sided galvanised steel plates with sizes of 1200 x 1250 mm plus fitting panels. On the non-wall side, a clamp section of 20 x 20 mm is fitted. The thickness of the door leaf at the tubular sections is 50 mm and at the sandwich panels 17 mm.
Suitable for application in industrial, office, and accommodation buildings etc.
Fire resistance:
- double-sided 120 min. up to clear width of 2800 mm x 2400 mm (wxh),
- double-sided 60 min. up to clear width of 7000 mm x 3750 mm (wxh)
- Attestations of equivalence applicable.
Test results:
- tested at TNO according to NEN 6069 and the Buildings Decree, also
- KOMO affidavit present.
Control:
- standard: manual
- optional: electrical push-button up-stop-down
Fire alarm:
- standard by means of a holding magnet, the door closes by means of a spring.
