Service and Repairs

Wear, collisions and rough usage can lead to faults. When a fault or damage occours, you are assured of adequate service at Hoefnagels. The service department has its own production department with a comprehensive range of service spares. If required, in case of damage, immediate replacement can be carried out.

We offer our clients 24-hour service so that you are assured 365 days per year that in case of an emergency response will be immediate, and whatever is necessary will be done to be able to guarantee safety and functionality.

All our technicians have a fully-equipped service vehicle with a standard repair stock of control circuit boards, control components and various spares so that in an emergency full repairs (or a temporary repair) can be done immediately. If necessary, we can arrange any necessary cherry-picker systems, assembly hoists, scaffolding etc.
