Maintenance contracts

To be able to offer you the best possible service, it is important that the doors or roller doors are in good condition so that the access can be used as efficiently as possible. By entrusting this task to Hoefnagels Firedoors you may take it for granted that your doors are kept in optimum condition. Our service technicians have various test equipment so that smoke detectors, batteries and motor currents can be measured directly. Furthermore, we of course carry out a functional test so that you can concentrate on other matters and yet be assured of a properly functioning door.

We have a wide range of maintenance contracts and carry out the maintenance based on a checklist for each product type. After the maintenance has been done, any faults detected and necessary modifications are noted on the checklist and discussed with you further.

Since the introduction of the Smart Control and Firescreen Control boxes developed by Hoefnagels, the maintenance of our roller doors is harmonised to the usage frequency in relation to the risk of damage. Our service technicians can read out the number of movements and any faults directly. The maintenance interval can be attuned to this so that it finally provides you with an optimal result.
The history of each door is also recorded in our maintenance archive and kept available for you.
