Installation

The (fire-resisting) products from Hoefnagels are produced with care and expertise and are provided with Efectis/TNO reports or KOMO certificates. The fitting and installation of the products is an important link in the chain. A fire-resisting product that is not expertly fitted and installed may not function properly in case of a fire.
And the detrimental consequences cannot be foreseen. For your insurance company will not settle your claim and the responsibility disputes will begin: producer, installer or perhaps yourself?
You may suffer the same problems with burglar-resisting products or injury claims caused by improperly functioning roller shutters etc.


Hoefnagels sets great store in protecting you from such a situation. We fit all our products using our own tradesmen and we also do the electrical installation ourselves.

For aluminium frames and curtain walls it also true that good preparation and harmonisation with the contractor regarding counter frames and damp-proof installation materials lead to a good result. The subsequent installation and edge sealing in the correct manner ensure a good end product.


More than 25 technicians are on the road daily throughout the Netherlands to carry out projects. Besides a basic training in the metals sector. the technicians are educated both internally (product knowledge) and externally (VCA**, electrical switching, tracing faults, cherry picker/forklift certificate). The chief technician together with his team is responsible for the correct implementation and will hand the products over to you. 

For large-scale projects, a Hoefnagels project leader will take responsibility for the complete execution of the work, from order to handover. This means that you will have a single contact point within our organisation. In this way, we can be of service to you efficiently and the entire process is supervised professionally.

Planning
The installation planning department will determine, in agreement with you, the exact installation date. Where necessary, we can provide lifting and hoisting equipment on site. After installation, the project will be handed over in your or the contractor's presence.
